Ironpower Industries Return Policy

At IronPower Industries, we are committed to customer satisfaction and to providing clear and fair policies regarding returns, refunds, deposits, equipment payments, and storage. By purchasing from our website or through our sales channels, you agree to the terms set forth in this Return Policy.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within thirty (30) calendar days from the original delivery date.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, unused, unmodified, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is provided.
  • The product does not fall under any of the non-returnable categories listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they were delivered with a verified critical defect or shipping damage reported within the required period:

  • Used equipment or machinery that has been operated after delivery
  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products
  • Products sold “as is”, “final sale”, or under similar conditions
  • Electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical components that have been installed, altered, or used
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorized repair, or improper storage
  • Deposits, reservation payments, and machine payments, except as expressly stated in this policy

Shipping Damage and Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect all products and equipment immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Any visible damage, shortage, or delivery issue must be reported to IronPower Industries in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to provide notice within this period may result in denial of the claim.

IronPower Industries is not responsible for damage caused during transportation by third-party carriers unless transportation was arranged directly by IronPower Industries and expressly agreed in writing.

Deposits, Machine Payments, and Refund Information

Any amount received by IronPower Industries as a deposit, reservation payment, or machine payment shall be held as security for the execution of the purchase agreement, reservation of equipment, order processing, storage coordination, or related administrative and commercial actions.

If a refund is approved, the customer is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate refund information at the time the refund is formally requested. Any bank fees, wire transfer charges, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion costs, or transaction fees related to the refund shall be fully borne by the customer.

Ninety (90) Day Deposit Refund Deadline

If the customer does not formally request a refund of any eligible deposit or machine payment within ninety (90) calendar days from the date the payment was received, such amount shall automatically become non-refundable.

After the expiration of this ninety (90) day period, IronPower Industries shall have no obligation to issue any reimbursement, credit, or repayment of such funds, regardless of changes in customer circumstances, project cancellation, financing issues, delays, or any other reason not directly caused by IronPower Industries.

Equipment Pickup, Storage, and Daily Storage Fees

If a customer purchases a machine, equipment unit, or other large item and fails to collect it, arrange pickup, coordinate shipping, or provide delivery instructions within sixty (60) calendar days from the date:

  • full payment is completed, or
  • the equipment is made available for release or delivery,

IronPower Industries reserves the right to charge a storage fee of Three Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $300.00) per day, beginning on day sixty-one (61).

This storage fee shall accrue daily until the equipment is fully collected, shipped, or otherwise removed from IronPower Industries’ facilities or designated storage location.

All accumulated storage fees must be paid in full before the equipment is released or delivered.

Where permitted by applicable law, IronPower Industries may deduct any outstanding storage fees, administrative charges, handling expenses, or related amounts from deposits or machine payments already received.

IronPower Industries shall not be liable for delays, losses, additional storage expenses, demurrage, missed project deadlines, or other costs resulting from the customer’s failure to collect the equipment within the required timeframe.

Return Request Process

To request a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact IronPower Industries within the applicable return period.
  2. Provide the order number, proof of purchase, product description, and reason for the return.
  3. Submit photos, videos, or supporting evidence if the return is based on damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
  4. Wait for written return instructions before shipping any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, transportation arrangements, insurance, customs-related expenses, loading, handling, and any associated logistics charges.

Original shipping fees, delivery charges, export-related expenses, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due solely to an error made by IronPower Industries.

Inspection and Approval of Returned Products

Once the returned product is received, IronPower Industries will inspect it to verify its condition and determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.

IronPower Industries reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if the product:

  • does not meet the return conditions,
  • shows signs of use, installation, damage, abuse, or alteration,
  • is missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging when applicable,
  • or falls within a non-returnable category.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned product, less any applicable.

The following costs are NOT COVERED by IronPower Industries and will be deducted from any approved refund:

  • shipping charges – NOT COVERED
  • return shipping costs – NOT COVERED
  • restocking fees – NOT COVERED
  • bank or wire fees – NOT COVERED
  • storage fees – NOT COVERED
  • handling costs – NOT COVERED
  • and any other charges permitted under this policy – NOT COVERED.

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds will be sent using the same payment method originally used by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exchanges and Replacements

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for another item in our inventory, IronPower Industries may assist subject to:

  • product availability,
  • inspection of the returned item,
  • payment of any price difference,
  • and any additional shipping, handling, or administrative costs.

Replacement or exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronPower Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, return, delayed pickup, storage, transport, use, or inability to use any product or equipment, including but not limited to project delays, loss of business, loss of profits, or third-party costs.
